Your mission

The role in a nutshell

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in Tableau to join our growing Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the business by building robust data pipelines, delivering insightful dashboards, and conducting advanced analysis.

What you'll be doing

Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering etc.) to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data sets in an intuitive, impactful manner.
Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analytical outputs.
Lead data modeling efforts and contribute to the development of the company’s data architecture.
Support data governance initiatives, including data quality monitoring, documentation, and compliance.

Your profile

Who you are

A data enthusiast with a passion for turning data into actionable business result
A natural communicator and presenter, comfortable explaining complex topics to anyone
A strong team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional team

What you need to be successful in this role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Previous commercial experience in retail, FMCG or marketing
Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimisation, data transformation).
Strong experience with Tableau (dashboard creation, performance tuning, advanced visualizations).
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
We operate in a diverse environment, and being able to speak in the local language + English is mandatory.

Nice to have:

Programming skills in Python
Knowledge of APIs
Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
